This Starbucks may be the nexus. There are 3 other Starbucks within a half-block but the store across the street (in the picture) is the only one with an obvious sign.
I call it ” Starbucks-o-graphy “

"Starbucks-o-graphy" is a phrase which I made up for myself.
It means, go to a Starbucks with your camera, Order a cup of coffee, Sit at a table(Preferably at a corner of the store), Calmly drink the coffee, Curiously watching people, and photograph whatever you think is photogenic.
This is really interesting, I really like it.
