This is a picture of the grossly corroded base of a Gaggia Baby Twin espresso machine which sells for 0 after just a few month’s use.

The local retailer said it was a known problem, but we needed to speak with the distributor.

The distributor said it was a known problem, and would get back to us.

After a year without a response, we contacted Gaggia directly.

And par for the course, have yet to hear a word, or even an acknowledgment of the emails that we have sent to a specific customer service representative who said she would look into the problem.
