Why not just use a French press if you want your coffee fancy? It takes a lot less time, and you still look like a pretentious ass!
@Catwink41 PS: Papoo brought a flip coffee pot from Greece in 1920. It still makes better coffee than any I have had anywhere. The new ones seem to be terribly expensive. Papoo brought the pot, Yia Yia brought jasmine cuttings! YAY!!
I AM old!!! The last time I enjoyed making a really good cup of coffee was in 1964 with an electric percolator! It also makes the entire house smell good! So, you have free aromatherapy in addition to your coffee. Wait, I forgot the biscuits, gravy, bacon/ sausage and eggs. Fig preserves! Hello breakfast!!

some people enjoy the taste of coffee and also drink coffee in the middle of the day, or after dinner. Why is everyone commenting about making it in the morning?
@jeshaw3242 2 to 4 minutes longer, as in, 2 to 4 minutes IN ADDITION to the time it takes to run a pot through the drip machine

DUDE…diner taste is nostalgia…theres nothing wrong with that…sometime tastes isnt always about being “right”..its about having the way you like it…some of the food we ate as a child might not be all that impressive or its from a little food stalls…but sometimes those are amazing memories that we crave…dumbass with all these pretentious shit…

If it takes that long to make the right kind of coffee then fuck it, i’d rather have my dirty tap watered stale bean black as night coffee and to make it my low quality half assed coffee maker that i named bob
They both look black as tarr its black coffee no ones gunnna buy this crap just to make a small cup of freaken coffee i can go up the street to dunkin donuts and get a donut and coffee taste the same
