Aloha Sangha! So I’ve been getting quite few emails and messages from people asking to do a video on doing an enema. So as you have requested here it is! This particular video is on how to do a coffee enema but the same principals can be used for doing a regular enema with purified water. Coffee enemas on the other hand offer a number of additional benefits but the stand out benefits are that the coffee cleans the intestinal walls removing plaque and fecal matter that could have been there for years and the coffee stimulates the liver to release high amounts of toxins. One of the nice aspects to doing a coffee enema also is that you don’t have to use nearly as much fluid (about 1/3 of what you would normally use). In this video I demonstrate how to prepare your coffee solution, how to insert the enema, hold the fluid, massage the belly and clean your enema device. Performing enemas are a necessary part of doing any juice feast/cleanse protocol so if you’re planning on doing a feast/cleanse you should prepare yourself mentally to be able to do this on your own. To be honest with you after the first couple of times it’s really not that big a deal especially when you start to feel and see the positive effects it has on the body. If you have any question please feel free to email brother Echo at RAWSANGHA[at]GMAIL[dot]COM. Peace, Love, Unity and Respect. -BE :-)

I just did the coffee enema. I bought the Enema bag at a random pharmacy in Quebec at a store called Jean Coutus (I found the bag beside the old folk items, beside the canes, walkers and old person toilets apparatuses), it looked the same as the one you used, paid 11.49$CAD for it. I used Organic Coffee from Costco. I did 1 Coffee enema, 1 water enema and 1 double enema. I feel so clean and good right now that I just went for a bike ride, I feel really really great and clean. Highly recommended.

@mojoesbean You remove the tube and immediately clench your but cheeks and role around on the ground, when you can’t hold anymore, you sit on toilet and let the mess come out.

Otter enemas are hun higher but the coffee enema is always lower. Gerson.org. Coffee enema is used to clean release the toxins from the liver, used for pain relief such as inflammation, headaches, even depression. I do one just about everyday since I have accumulated a lot of toxins in my life time. Also if you eat organically the flora is unnecessary. I boil 4 cups distiller water. While boiling add 3 Tablespoons ORGANIC Coffee. Boil 3-5 minutes. Turn to simmer with a lid and simmer 15 min

Why do you add the capsule if you’re going to release it after 15 mins?

Why coffee? Any other drinks or chemicals that work better?

I see that you used Starbucks coffee. You should really choose to use organic (it is safer for the intestine and doesnt contain any pesticides)…Aloha Sangha :)!

Thank you brother Echo, your video was one of the best I’ve watched in describing how to do a coffee enema! I love the aloe vera idea too…I have probiotics that I’m going to take orally, but will look for that flora product you recommend.

@freedomjohnnyfive Thank you for the LOVE. To answer your question… I wish everyone in the world would take part in a ceremony or two. The sacred plants and vines from the jungles down south and in Hawaii could do the world a whole lot of good. :-)

Your energy, drive, and personality are so inspiring. Thank you :)
This is unrelated, but what are your thoughts on organic entheogens?

It is worth bringing up that coffee enemas are not good for everyone. You should start slow and if you have heart issues you want to be really careful and take it slow. Start with low amounts of coffee :) Do your own research, don’t just watch one video and try this. Don’t get me wrong Brother E is the man! Your body temple is the only temple you have this time around, and it deserves to be well cared for :)

@tokyoVENUSgirl I held it for about 15-20 minutes and yes you can do without the flora/bacteria. :-)

@mcarbone4 getting a colonic is always best if you can afford to go multiple times that’s what I would recommend. The enemas are nice to do if you’re saving money, don’t have time and for convenience.

I’m glad you made a video on coffee enemas! but what I wanna know is how long you hold the coffee for… and what if you don’t have the healthy bacteria powder, is it fine to just use the coffee?
