@Johannanoel No do it dry. If you are processing it dry you actually need the beans as dry as you can get them. Some of the best coffee in the world is dry proccessed, such as coffee from Yemen.

the coffee thats dried on the bush is still good. You just need to pound it in a wooden morta and pestle to take all the layers of parchment off. It actually roasts up real nice coz its still got mucalige and sugars on the green bean.
