This garden was featured in the Seattle Times Pacific Magazine, in Valerie Easton’s 12 August 2007 Plant Life section . Useless Bay Coffee is owned by Des Rock and was designed in collaboration with Flat Rock Productions, metal worker Tim Leonard, artist Buffy Cribbs, and landscape architect Ken Philip. Elaine Michaelides collaborated on the garden, which is ornamental but also edible.
