Sunday morning breakfast, taken in York Train Station’s Costa Coffee.

I was saying bye to my eldest son who was starting his journey back to Dover. Originally I was supposed to drive him to Peterborough where friends would take him the rest of the way, but I had been so ill for a week that it just wasn’t possible. Even the ten miles to the station was bad enough!

So, caffeine was in order. I had the largest Cappuccino that they did.

There is also a myth that women like chocolate more than men. Not true ladies, as I also had my favourite chocolate twist danish. Partly for the calories and energy, but mostly just to cheer me up.
