Rating:
When you go through K-cups like I do, this large quantity purchase is perfect. Hazelnut is always a favorite and this particular brand holds up to a generous cup serving. Some brands get too watered down in a large mug, but this has body enough to take it. Since I store my K-cups in a drawer, it doesn’t matter that the shipping box is a bare bones container. I just appreciate the value. All in all, it’s a great way to buy K-cups in quantity. Highly recommended.

Definitely the cheapest I’ve found K-cups for my Keurig. I don’t need heavy extra packaging – I need cheap coffee!!! This flavor is nice and rich.

Great way to buy k-cups – the box of 50 is perfect and affordable. As for taste – this is one of our favorite brands. The Diedrich columibia blend and coffee people donut shop are also excellent.

Most of the Gloria Jeans coffees I’ve tried do not meet my coffee expectations. Some of the foo foo flavors, like Mudslide, are okay, but still not exceptional. Luckily, I was able to trade my almost full box at the K-Cup Exchange on yahoo ([...]), and in return get a flavor I liked.

I recommend this site VERY highly. You will learn a lot about brewing with your Keurig there, and it’s free.

Review by G. Harper for Gloria Jean’s Hazelnut K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 50) [Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging]
Rating:
I noticed a “different” aroma when the box arrived. Hazlenut is my favorite flavor but I felt this flavor was not as good as other Hazlenut blends.

The taste is slightly bitter and just less rich and satisfying than other coffees. Drinkable, is the best I can say.

I won’t order this brand again. This is my first negative review, so it isn’t my personality, just the coffee.

Review by Timothy B. Riley for Timothy’s World Coffee, Original Donut Blend for Keurig Brewers, 24-Count K-Cups (Pack of 2)
Rating:
One of the pleasures of a Keurig is that you can serve a friend or a guest a cup of coffee that will please them and their tastes, not just what you brew for yourself everyday. I happen to enjoy strong, deeply roasted blends (the kind that you usually find at the specialty coffee shops which seem to be all over the place now). However, not everyone shares my enjoyment of a strong, full-bodied cup of coffee.

I have many friends who often say something like “I love coffee but Starbucks is just too strong for me”. Enter Donut Blend. I have purchased many boxes of Coffee People’s Donut Shop Coffee and it is a favorite for many of my friends and family. When Timothy’s announced that they were coming out with the “Original Donut Blend” I got in line to try it. Here is my take on it:

It is certainly a little lighter than Coffee People’s version but the taste is more complex with clean, bright notes of spice and low acidity. Surprisingly, it reminds me a little of the Peaberry Kona coffee that I brought back from Hawaii. It is a perfect blend for those who like their coffee black or with just a little cream and still want it to taste like coffee. If someone drinks several cups a day I think that Timothy’s Donut Blend will not overwhelm their taste buds and will still taste fresh cup after cup. Mind you, I drink Newman’s Own Bold Blend on a regular basis and will continue to do so, but if I am having more than two cups (for those “special” mornings when nothing seems to go right) or if I am having a cup later in the day I will drink this one.

Just rating it on what I want in a coffee I give it four stars, but judging it for what it is (and not just what I like), it fully delivers and deserves five stars.

Rating:
I currently use Coffee People’s version of Donut Shop and when I saw Timothy’s version I wanted to give it a try. This is not as full body as Coffee People’s version but I really like the smooth low acidity taste. If you don’t want a bold rich flavor I think you will love this smooth great tasting coffee as much as I do.

Review by Linda S for Timothy’s World Coffee, Original Donut Blend for Keurig Brewers, 24-Count K-Cups (Pack of 2)
Rating:
I have been getting the Coffee People Extra Bold Donut Shop K-Cups but I used to buy and enjoy some of the Timothy’s coffees too so I thought I’d try this. Our family are Dunkin Donut coffee fans. We even fill the my k-cup with preground DD coffee occasionally. I found the Timothy’s Donut Blend to be very bland, almost watery. I have the Keurig that allows 4 sizes of cups to be brewed. I usually brew on the 3rd largest size. I decided to try this coffee with a smaller cup and it was better, but I wish it worked well at the larger sizes.

This probably explains the discrepancies in the reviews. Those who can only brew (or choose to brew) smaller sizes probably like this coffee.

Make sure you check the price before you buy. Click more buying choices to get to Amazon’s price which is almost half the price of Liquid Nation’s and it is eligible for prime. Why doesn’t that show up as a default?

Review by SunniFlorida for Timothy’s World Coffee, Original Donut Blend for Keurig Brewers, 24-Count K-Cups (Pack of 2)
Rating:
Like a lot of the other reviewers, I’m a fan of Coffee People’s Donut Shop and wanted to try Timothy’s new Donut Blend. First, Timothy’s Donut Blend is a mild blend, unlike the medium bodied Coffee People. I brewed the first cup using the largest cup setting, which was a bit too mild for my taste. So, to compensate, I brewed the next cup using the middle brew button, and I enjoyed it more.

Outside of my personal strength preference, this is a very good tasting coffee. It has a pleasant aroma that is followed by a smooth, mellow taste. The lightness of this coffee belies it’s caffeine kick… I’m not sure why, but this stuff wakes me up better than the stronger Coffee People’s blend, (bizarre!).

Big question… will I buy it again? Probably. While I’m not a fan of strong Starbuck’s coffee, Timothy’s Donut Blend, even on the mid setting, is a bit too mild for me to enjoy everyday. However, the packaging is so adorable, how could I not keep at least a few around for when I need a quick, pick-me-up!

Review by D. E. D. G. for Timothy’s World Coffee, Original Donut Blend for Keurig Brewers, 24-Count K-Cups (Pack of 2)
Rating:
We have had our Keurig for a couple of years and have tried many different coffees, teas and even hot chocolate k-cups. Recently, I was sent a box of Timothy’s World Coffee Original Donut Blend and was pleasantly surprised. My significant other lives for the Coffee Peoples Donut Shop but it looks like it will now be replaced with Timothy’s. Timothy’s flavor is lighter without being weak. It doesn’t have that bitter aftertaste that comes with a darker roast coffee which is how Coffee People defines their coffee – Donut Shop is a medium roast. Personally, I didn’t care for the Donut Shop but absolutely LOVE this Timothy’s Original Donut blend. Timothy’s says that it is made from 100% Arabica beans, I like this taste. It is well balanced and I don’t have the heartburn that I normally do drinking a bolder coffee. This is a really good coffee for those who don’t drink a lot of coffee.
