There isn’t anything wrong with being frustrated with employees that can’t handle their shit, so I disagree with you.
It may sound douchey, but it’s fucking real-estate, one of the highest-pressure jobs out there, and if they can’t handle their shit and all they do is pass blame, I can’t help but think that there isn’t anything wrong with this “pep talk”.

@Chicagotarsier – this scene is about the work ethic.. albeit a rough translation. In those given set of circumstances, who’s shoes would you rather be standing in…? There are times when we all get our a** chewed… the goal is not to be in that situation again. Work hard. Play Fair. Cheers.

Great so he’s spouting off about how tough things are and how tough he has been, but unlike millions of other people he has been unable to close on smoking nicotine… so clearly not that tough!
