from the Best of Panama auction – ranked #7. An organic coffee from Kotowa’s organic Finca Duncan in the Boquete region. In the cupping today tasted of honeydew melon and plum with a tootsie roll-ish chewy chocolate finish and maybe a hint of floral. Really a nicely structured, good bodied, yet delicate cup. I suspect I’ll be drinking a lot of this in the coming weeks.
