@sandeesees This video is at the end of my 30-day ‘no coffee’ challenge as I reviewed Shakeology for the first time. Though I understand what you are saying. I forgot that I didn’t mentioned much about Shakeology in this particular video. I was going for keyword placement. Thank you for the input, i’ll modify the title. Check out my other reviews though if you’d like to see more about Shakeology.
@Pamemonster Technically, if you watch the video, this is the end of my 30-day ‘no coffee’ challenge as I reviewed Shakeology for the first time. So it IS a review of my over-all journey. However, I see your point, i’ll modify the title. Thanks for the comment!
@boutux You have to eat. That’s key to your energy. Don’t sacrifice quality nutrition. I would just say look at where your money goes and see if you can allocate out of pleasures and put it into where it counts. Do what you need to do! But don’t deprive your body.
dude u are an inspiration. i just started insanity, in my 2nd wk actually and its kicking my butt but i am pumped and very motivated. i have never sweat as much as i do doing insanity. my only prob is eating healthy. lack of money and time are getting in the way of proper nutrition. and over last wk its resulted in me having very lil energy but i still followed the workout schedule. any suggestions to boost up energy?

I have given up fried foods and I hope it’s more than a 30 day challenge. I did it for 3 months last year, but for some reason found a need to go back on that. Now I am looking at Insanity for a work out. They say it’s not for beginners. I’ve never done a work out program before, but I’m not terribly out of shape. Would it be too strenuous if I am willing to do the work? Let me know what you think…
that’s pretty good then, besides how much you weigh is only a number, what matters is how you look, someone who is heavier at your height might not be “bad” looking just cuz they are more toned, also if someone is lighter not necessary mean he looks “better” cuz he might just be skinny.
Yeah it’s crazy, I have been looking for those papers for YEARS! While I was in Maine I was up until 4am just looking through old boxes and there they were! I can’t wait to find pictures, it’s crazy!
Staying consistent is really the hardest obstacle but also the most important. Give yourself a reason everyday to get it done and don’t think, just do!
I think you should start making your own workouts and start showing them to the public. It will show the people that u are a true coach and want to help people. some people dont have all these beachbody products and so they can just follow your routines.
Interesting video—unique, I guess because you were in Maine. I bet that felt strange to find those measurements all these years later. It’s hard to believe you were overweight like that. Thanks for sharing!
Horaayy..there are 25 comment(s) for me so far ;)
Watched them:) thanks!

Set another goal, try not to mislead us by typing “shakeology”! Geez!!!
THis is NOT a shakeology review
I thought this was going to be a shake weight parody. My bad. Keep up the good work though.

Some day soon, I will be working on nutritional and fitness trainer certifications of the summer and next year. After that, the sky is the limit!

Well I don’t have my current numbers on me but I know I am 5’8 and roughly 148lbs with a 30″ waist
I’ve got all the video on the computer, just need to chop it up and post it. It’s about 5-6 hours so going to take some time. Powerful stuff though!
haha I hear ya, soon enough ;)
You have it already, it’s just take action. I know easier said than done, but I did it and so can you!

Just set those goals and NEVER stop reaching for them. I just knew what I wanted and I went for it. You can do it too.
