Swedish Egg Coffee

Swedish Egg Coffee can be made with ground coffee, an egg, water, and a pan. No fancy gadgets are required! I make coffee this way when I need to use coffee that has been ground too finely to be used in my french press. Here is a link with more information, and a few recipes slightly different from mine.
