Recipe here: www.joyofbaking.com Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make a sponge cake. When a Sponge Cake is baked in a sheet pan and then rolled around a filling, it is called a Roulade (for the French), a Jelly Roll (for the Americans), and a Swiss Roll (for the English). A Sponge Cake (often called a Biscuit) presented in this way has a beautiful pinwheel design.

Living in Sweden, I have not yet been to a Starbucks (I suppose they’ll establish themselves here soon enough) but this cake is truly awesome! If it’s like the original? Have no idea. But the recipe in the book makes a truly amazing cake!

I don’t know why people keep writing “cocain is a helluva drug” on Todd’s videos. He’s a bit hyper but there’s only one kind of person that spends so much time trying to clone epic junk food — A STONER.
