@krystlebee Personaly I use my favorite one a “Leffe blonde” but I think it doesn’t matter wich kind of beer you use … but preferably not a brown beer

Hey I’m from Belgium, and here when we make beignets, we use beer instead of water! You should try it, it makes the beignet even tastier =)

I just made these using the recipe from the website for a restaurant in New Orleans. It took about 4 hours to prepare and 10 seconds for the family to cleam them all up.
