You will probably see results in the way of little green/brown/yellow stones in your stools the next day. Not everyone get stones out their first time but most seem to. The benefits of liver flushing may result in you feeling healthier, more alive, better digestion, better eye sight, healthier skin, hair and nails as well as an over all sense of well being. You may feel more emotionally stable and an increase in energy. If you don’t get stones it doesn’t mean you don’t have them. Take care!

Yes that is correct. The epsom salts is used to dilate the bile ducts so stones can pass through easily, the niacin and coffee enema already do that so epsom salts is optional. 2 quarts twice is fine, Cheers

So let me get this straight, first I take half of the Niacin then wait 20 minutes, next step I drink the olive oil and lemon juice, then wait another 20 minutes. Then I take the coffee enema, wait another 20 minutes then last I take the other half of the Niacin. also I read that you can add Epsom salt to the juice but will you get the same result just by drinking the olive oil and lemon juice alone. The coffee enema does it matter how much you can take? I usually do a 2 quart twice is that OK.

Yes epsom salts and apple cider vinegar are great for leading to flush day. Good work!

You stick the coffee into your colon for 5-10 mins then release it into the toilet. While the coffee is in you you lay on your right side and massage the coffee around your colon. You can also lay on your back and put your legs over your heal soing an inversion yoga move. This will get the coffee moving around.

Liver man your fans can considerably boost their results in the run-up to the flush this way; you drink interspaced glasses of water with epsom salt (tasks metallic) and sometimes also big swigs of Apple Cider Vinegar (I finished the whole bottle). I had run your standard flush several times with GREAT results, but when I performed this mod, it was earth-shaking what I got out –I cannot fathom how that stuff cleared my hepatic ducts –the biggest was WELL over the size of a walnut.

Ya that sounds like a fatty liver. this recipe will do your liver good. Better to stay on a healthy 60-80% raw diet and continue flushing until you stop getting pain when you eat fries.

You can take the niacin B3 before during or after drinking the olive lemon mixture. It really doesn’t matter as long as it is near the time you drink the olive lemon mixture give or take 30 mins.

Yes you lay down on your right side while doing the enema. You hold it in for 5-15 mins. And yes the B3 is replacing the epsom salt. The B3 dilates the bile duct and so does the coffee enema. The coffee enema also stimulates the liver to go into detox mode. Happy Liver Flushing!

Hi. I just found your videos. I have look at other liver cleanses but your seems more simple. I had 3 questions, after drinking the oil and lemon juice and for the enema, do you lay down, how long do you hold the coffee inside before releasing, and, the B3 is replacing the epsom salt? I was comparing this to the Dr. Clarke cleanse. Very clear instructions. Thanks

My from-scratch recipe: 1 black tea bag, 1 piece stick cinnamon, 1/2 cup water to a boil. Cover, let sit. Stir 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp ground cardamom, and 1 tsp vanilla extract into 2 cups milk (*whole milk only*). Stir into cinnamon tea and discard tea & cinnamon. Warm over medium heat while stirring in 2 tablespoons honey. Warm over low-medium heat, stirring frequently, until honey is thoroughly mixed in. Serve warm (*not hot*).

@atticus9799 The grocery stores prices range from 11.99 to 15.99 for 1.75 oz (McCormick).
I will check the websites. Thanks for the tip.

@raineylee I purchased mine from a local discount grocer who caters to the local restaurant owners. But I also purchase bulk spices from both the spice barn dot com and sanfrancisco herb and tea dot com. I have had excellent results and their prices are very, very good. I just looked on the spice barn website and cardamom is going for 7.79 for 2 ounces and 14.00 for 4 ounces. Not bad considering how expensive it can be. Don’t buy in at the grocery store. They dont sell enough. Goes stale.

@laramis I did not give my neighbors this mix in their gift. I gave them spiced tea and cocoa mix. But with this mix, I would use 2 tablespoons and again, if it is not strong enough for you, add more. The recipe is for an 8 ounce mug to be made with 2 tablespoons but the mugs I use are larger than that. Hope this helps.

Hi Miss Noreen! I was wondering about the ratio of mix to water. I this video you say 2 teaspoons but when I watched your cranberry/white choco chip scones video- you had two tablespoons. I am thinking of making this as a birthday gift and want to make sure I have the right ratio. Thanks!

You’re so smart. Noreen! I love Chai tea, and I drink it almost every day. It costs way too much at “S”, so I thank you for showing us how to make it ourselves.

I just made a batch and don’t like it at all:( It was so gritty in texture and just didn’t taste like a chai latte. Oh well, you win some , you lose some. I love your biscotti recipe and the vanilla extract and vanilla sugar though:)

Noreen! I just finished making a batch of this and I love love love it! A lot of times it’s hard for me to find chai with the right level of spiciness and creaminess at some coffee places since everyone does it differently…it never occurred to me to just make my own mix but boy am I glad I did! This recipe was perfect! Thanks!

Hi, love your site! I live in Ontario Canada and can find everything but the unsweeted tea mix, all I can find is 50% sugar reduced lemon iced tea powder or regular iced tea powder. Would it still taste OK? I was thinking of cutting back the powdered sugar. Need your words of wisdom. Thanks, and keep up the great ideas!

@Orange0Fanta OK, I used a regular sized box (the smaller one) of vanilla instant pudding, I even used the store brand, no need to get expensive here. I also don’t think that using a bigger box would mess this recipe up a bit, just make it creamier. The only thing to remember is to make sure that it is INSTANT pudding. Thanks for the kind comments and I’m glad I can help out those future Nurse Practitioners!

Hi, Noreen – do I use a 3.9 oz box of vanilla pudding or the bigger 5.1 oz box? I couldn’t see what you tore open in the video and was afraid I would make a big batch too sweet. You’re a doll and the whole class of University of Oklahoma College of Nursing Graduate Nurse Practitioners think you are just the best!
