This one shows you as best as I can in 10 minutes, how I ice a frozen cake. I also give you my best icing recipe. Better than one you get at the bakery. I have many, many others, but everyone requests this one.

Horaayy..there are 25 comment(s) for me so far ;)

@higradecomputers Yes everything else is correct. It’s just the way she stated that did seem like she was saying 1 1/2 cup. To be honest. There are a LOT of people on YouTube that does buttercream icing in detail and a lot better showing you as well.

@higradecomputers By the way she said, one HALF CUP of water. I know it sounds funny. But she meant a half cup, not ONE AND A HALF CUP. LOL

@higradecomputers NO … oh poor you. That is way to much water. You only need about 1 1/2 Tablespoons, maybe a little more, but 1 1/2 cup is WAY to much. Start with 1 table spoon, then add more slowly 1 TEASPOON at a time. Hope it works out and don’t give up.

Hi there, I followed your recipe but something dreadful came out. I used 2 2lb confection sugar, 1 cup crisko, 1 1/2 cup water , 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp vanilla. The problem is it is so watery and the crisko is not mixing in properly?? Please help me higradeco@yahoo.com

Hi I really want to try making your icing. I live in the UK and none of my local supermarkets sell shortening. Is there anything else I could use instead please?

Hey, what brand are those disposable piping bags that you use? I can’t find packs of 1000 bags anywhere, but if I had the brand name that would help.

Cheers.
