@dblock911 thank you, atleast somebody else sees it too. my fist is more effective than her spoon, her breading is missing EGGS?!?! and its borderline burnt brown, and yes we know how bland that’s going to taste….

you must put salt in the end, when the meat is cooked, otherwise it becomes hard, pass it in beaten egg before breading that is tastier and the flour or bread crumbs stick better (what’s the use of both?). It is not necessary to put the butter, but the oil that is less heavy.

I’m Spanish, and it’s good to see a spanish recipe in english. Congratulations for the channel.

Notes:
- Pisto is not a Daisy’s variation of ratatouille with latin ingredients, but a tipical Spanish recipe.
- Pisto is from XVII century, while ratatuille is from XVIII.
- Pisto does not have potatoes.
- “Pimientos” used in pisto are always green and red (never spicy), not yellow.
