Ooooo! Im so glad I Saw this! We have one person with type 2 diabetes and one with elevated cholesterol in the house !! And sice they eat it anyways that one time a year thing It wont be so bad this year :) TY!!!

Not sure I like the fact you don’t use any ‘real’ food in this recipe! Think about all the chemicals and that spray butter OMG is it really worth using that and feeding it to your kids. I am sure it tastes great but at what cost. Give me real Organic eggs and real butter any-day.Thanks

OMG…I made this exact recipe today! except it was the less healthy version lol.
What I made was delicious, but I know it didn’t have the best nutritional value. I’m gonna try the creamer or almond milk and the egg substitute and see how it turns out.

you can use any flavor creamer or if you just want to use skim milk or almond milk that is fine too but maybe just add some more flavoring. nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, etc.
