This is how I make my iced lattes. They’re simple to make and simply delicious. They are also low calorie, high protein, and sugar free. Stats: 160 calories and 14 grams of protein! Ingredients 1/2c. cold water 2 heaping tsp. Folgers instant coffee 1 oz. Torani S/F Vanilla coffee syrup 1 oz Torani S/F Caramel coffee syrup 1 1/4c 1% milk

Iv never needed a daily dose of coffee however I did enjoy a treat at starbucks on the weekends but I havent had starbucks now in over 3 months! I get really jittery when I have coffee lol not good!

@omenya I am like you on the coffee. I went to organic. On my yeast, fungus diet they say no coffee. But one said if you have to have it go organic. I use yuban organic from Amazon. I am on the subcribe for only $12.78 a month. It taste very smooth and is low acidity. My tummy doesn’t hurt from it like it does other coffee’s. I have anywhere from 5 to 6 cups a day and have one can left at end of month.
