Your video was a tad slow for today’s taste, but by far the best video on Youtube
that I’ve seen to date on making a good Greek Coffee. My fav is Vah REE Glee

I started drinking this concoction seriously back in ’62 in the coffee shops on the Dodecanese Islands. I was 16 and since then I never got tired of it.

there is another way as well, you wait until the “kaimaki” makes a circle in the “breekee” , u spoil the half of the coffee in your cup, and then (with lower fire) you boil it few more seconds, and u put the rest in your cup.

αχ, αχ…
Take care and keep it up!

Very nice!!
