Horaayy..there are 10 comment(s) for me so far ;)
With this drink, Its pretty safe to say there aren’t any real health benefits, so go ahead and drink it however you like! Milk, soy milk… it doesn’t matter. If you’re a tea purest there are many different healthy ways to enjoy tea. This beverage is sort of like the ice cream of tea. Tasty, but not so healthy. Still, more healthy than a cola, obviously. :-)
The Hot water destroys the antioxidant properties of Matcha ! So using cool or lukewarm water instead will preserve all those good antioxidants !
Hey, i was wondering can you give me a brand name of a good matcha powder that is not too bitter. I know some are more bitter than the others. And also where I can buy them. I ma in Toronto.
@Curetiamhices Most soy probably isn’t good for anyone since most soy sold is genetically modified. raw milk ftw!!
@wtfbroskie how? this doesn’t seem likely.
@wtfbroskie oh thank for the information. Next time, i will order the soya milk!
soy is not good for men, are you sure about that Curet? I think soy is the best nutrition that men can include into their diets…A lot of protein which is important for muscle growth, and soy has important vitamins that help brain function in men and women.

soy is good for women, but not for men, so…… besides if you use 2% is fine! there are more piggeilyguegly stuff out there, like wipe cream, creamers , SUGAR, etc…
dairy milk actually destroys the health benefits of green tea, however soy milk does not. so if your drinking your matcha lattes make it with soy to get the health benefits out of it
