same here; doesnt seem professional
I am not convinced of an expertize of this cook. Proper plating of any bunt cake is just like it came out first time. Bottom up. Not bottom on bottom as this cook moved it later. The main reason for baking cake in this form to have it presented in bunt cake shape.
