@freeheretic111 Yea, the sour cream thru me off. I was like sour cream in cake??? WTF!. Maybe it tastes good (I don’t know ) but when I think sour cream I’m thinking burritos, tacos etc (what’s next mayonnaise pie?)

I love homemade coffee, but my machine lay dormant until coffeeloverstipsandtricks (.) com plugged me in!
It was great, but I think she should have put the foam on last, so you don’t get random brown at the top.

she should have put the chocolate in before the milk, and she shouldnt have made the shot of coffee so early, it did not layer very well atal, it sunk… and the spoon was not atal nessacary, neither was pouring it round and round she should have just poured the coffee down the middle!

hey does anyone know what chocalate the lady has used?
Very pretty, but the espresso sat to long before going in the milk. This causes it to taste bitter. The rule at our coffee house is5 to 7 seconds from the time the shot completes till it hits milk.

where I live a “mokka” is an espresso made with an italian mokkamaker (you know, those metal hourglass shaped thingies to put on the stove)
The espresso layer can be done much better, do not pour it by the spoon, instead of this incline the glass a bit and pour the coffee slowly on the glass. Then you make a perfectly sharp coffee layer.

here is how to make a real starbucks frappuccino
ingredients:
1.1/2 cup cold coffee
2.1/2 cup milk
3.3 tablespoons sugar
4.3 tablespoons caramel sundae syrup(if u want it to be a caramel frapuccino)
5.2 cups ice
6.whipped cream
directions:
combine all ingredients then pour in tall glass and top with whipped cream and caramel (if u want).and enjoy!!!!!! =)
