@MadeFitTV You’re the hottest body builder in YouTube. :) I can’t afford protein powder. Can I use raw eggs? Would they taste gross?

@Kristol1990 Fruits contain MANY awesome antioxidants and nutrient benefits – but it is the high amounts of SUGAR that can offset those benefits. What to do?? Lower your fruit amounts and up the vegetables big time and that will decrease your sugar intake, increase your nutrient intake, and leave you looking better! Sorry, I did not make the rules, that is fact of how our bodies process fructose. But thanks for commenting…. regardless of the insult.

@leviterande The audio does not work for some… but most say it’s fine, so I don’t know why it does not work for your player. Sorry :-/ Thanks for watching though!

@spyderr45 You can use pasteurized egg whites, but those may cost more. I recommend just investing in the protein powder because usually one container has 30 scoops in it or more – enough for a whole month. That’s less than $1 a day for a meal!

@AngEYEZ8284 No, fruits are good for you, but in moderation because of the fructose sugar. I recommend sticking to vegetables – lots of them!

@ashworth1025 This is an OLD video – this blender worked well for a few months. I have a better blender but I actually HATE making shakes at home, lol! I prefer to pay a $1 mixing fee at the gym and have them mix my stuff for me, lol!

@DCN225 Anything with a lot of fruit is gonna be high in cals – but if you’re big and strong, as I assume you are, you will burn it no problem ; )

I guess the good thing about the sugar is that it is all natural from the fruit and not manufactered crap.

Yummy. I looove Kale! My recipe for kale is quite naughty though.
Mine get’s tossed in a garlic/ butter mixture. finish of with a bit any good for grating Italian cheese.
Now I’m craving a bit of mash. Think I got some left over from last nights bangers and mash.
