Italian nutty cookies made primarily of cashew nuts, flour and corn flakes. Delicious as an addition to cup of hot coffee. Sweet and simple to make. Moka pot and a plant on both sides of the basket. Recipe at www.justgrobio.com/?p=1278
Tesco India chai, coffee and pickle

They’re got an interesting range of ready made Indian chai and coffee at Tesco. Some of it actually doesn’t taste too bad, but they’re not substitute for a proper, REAL cuppa chai made the old fashioned way in a pan over a stove. The pickle range is quite narrow, although it’s nice that they keep Mother’s Recipe. If only they sold the sweet Mother’s Recipe pickles such as Chhundo. Alas, they only sell the hot and spicy flavours.
