@Bonnie90505 For most people, being overweight is a physiological issue which can understandably bring about psychological stress and even disorder. That’s because it’s not fun being overweight. It isn’t the other way around for the people I know. If they knew the physiology of the body, and were not discouraged by nay-sayers, they would have conquered their problem long ago. Although the cure involves knowledge and discipline, the disease is one of the body, not the mind.

@truthseekers666 Ketosis is the magic cure that worked. LIke everyone else, ketogenic dieters too must choose between crappy food and good food; but for people who actually have the dedication to avoid carbs for a week, ketogenic diets work. Sure, ketosis does happen when you don’t eat anything, but the beauty and utility of it is that it also happens no matter how much you eat–as long as you avoid carbs. Oh, and most people can still eat fruit and veggies. How do you think bodybuilders do it?
