I remade this tonight and it defenitly tasted better with a scoop of ice cream. It still tasted a little chewy, i think i need to experiment with the time of cooking. I tossed a handful of MnM’s into the mix and it tasted great!
It still tastes like a sponge though.
You ruined my life!

I made this twice, and ate it dulce de leche style (soaking the cake with milk) to revamp the moisture and it was tasty.

im sorry, i wanted to lovevv this so much! just beacuse of its ease and convienece! but i made it twice, and ifirst time it over cooked, scond it undercooked on the inside but rubbery on the outside! maybe its just my microwave, or me, but i probably wont make it again:(

i tried this and it turned great however the first time it was too chewy close to burnt, so my second try i reduced the microwave time from 3 to 25 mins, its now super spongy but still too chewy. it looks like a hard foam mattress from the inside. where am i going wrong? i used white flour with 2/8 tsp baking flour
