I usually do all my protein drinks with water now (room temp), but when I’m not lazy I blend it like you did in your video. Skim milk (12 ozs), 4 ice cubs (about 1 oz each I’m guessing), assortment of fruits that I have in my fridge / pantry. Mix and serve. Nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done.
Whey protein should be drunk once in a morning and once straight after a work out.
You also need to measure how much protein per Kg of body weight you’ll need per day. I’m powerlifting so take 140g of protein per day.
My morning shake today was:
2 cups light soy milk
1 cup frozen peaches
one scoop vanilla protein shake mix
one light scoop fiber (Benefiber flavorless stuff)
one crushed vitamin C pill.
The 2 cups soy to 1 cup frozen fruit is a good ratio, and I use it for strawberries too. I like that a little less though because then you have to strain out the little seeds. Yuck.

Eat within 30 minutes of a work out as well.
ground coffee will not dissolve – try instant coffee or coffee flavoring…
3 raw eggs,one scoop whey,8-12oz soy milk,1 banana,1 kiwi,and half a tsp of tabasco for a kick. drink one every morning
