Brunch

Emily and I planned and cooked a brunch for the morning after Michelle’s wedding. We made three kinds of quiche (florentine, lorraine and broccoli cheddar), three kinds of muffins (corn, blueberry and coffee cake), roasted tomato soup, two kinds of sausage (pork and homemade turkey) and salad.
The quiches used Thomas Keller’s shell and basic filling recipes and were a huge hit.
