Cashew-Cappuccino Nanaimo Bars from Vegan Cookie Connoisseur. Definitely the "oh my God" recipe of the lot – I dare any coffee fan to turn their nost up at them! I opted for the choice of using Kahlua *and* instant espresso powder in both the crust and the filling – it’s potent!
