Bialetti Latte Recipe

I used this formula to create a latte using the Bialetti Moka Express and my microwave.
For one cup of coffee use 100ML of water and two tablespoons of coffee and make espresso as usual. While the the Moka Express is doing it’s thing steam 250ML soymilk in the microwave. I was making two cups so I had to microwave it for ~2 minutes.
After that’s done whisk the soymilk until it’s frothy, pour into the mug and then pour espresso over the soymilk. I used an espresso cup to measure how much to pour into the mug.
