This is one of favorite breakfasts. Egg in a hole. A friend in college from Little Compton Rhode Island introduced me to it. I wonder it’s an east coast thing and am surprised I don’t see it more at breakfast joints.

Okay….not too exciting, I know. The truth is, I was so busy that this was THE ONLY shot that I was able to take all day.

I actually had a WONDERFUL dinner at Jiko in the Animal Kingdom Lodge at Walt Disney World. Jiko is Swahili for "a cooking place", and they serve a wonderful multi-cultural menu. The restaurant has a FANTASTIC ambiance and they have a unique wine list of South African wines. I would have loved to share all of that with you, but I changed bags and forgot my P&S.
